Turkey isn't happy with the US on the Kurd issue

Abdullah Gul, who holds the dual title of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, was in D.C. to talk about the PKK (Kurdistan Workers Party).

This is a serious issue that will affect US - Turkish realtions for a long time to come.
Turkey views the PKK as terrorists and the US cannot get involved due to the current Iraqi government. This will be interesting to see how the administration attempts to handle this crisis.
